  • Muscles and joints recover - important for maintaining mobility and reducing stiffness.
  • The immune system is strengthened - the body produces substances that protect against illness.
  • Hormonal balance is regulated - which affects, among other things, metabolism, hunger, and stress levels.

Prioritizing sleep is therefore not just about feeling more rested - it is an investment in long-term health and quality of life.

How sleep changes throughout life

Sleep can change in different ways depending on lifestyle, health, and natural biological processes.
