Order handling
Your order is normally packed and dispatched from our warehouse within 24 hours. Orders placed before 12:00 are dispatched the same day. During especially busy periods such as before Christmas or major campaigns, some delays may occur.
Payment methods - You can pay by credit card: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Swish. We also offer invoice and installment payment in cooperation with Avarda:
Invoice - Your invoice is sent by email when the parcel has left the warehouse. If you choose to pay by invoice, we can only send the parcel to your registered address. An administration fee of SEK 29 applies.

Deliveries
Delivery time
Delivery time is 1-3 working days from when the parcel leaves our warehouse in Gothenburg until it reaches the distributor's pickup point. You can see the estimated delivery time for the different delivery options at checkout. We strive to deliver your order within the stated timeframes, but sometimes delivery may take longer due to unexpected events. In the event of a delivery delay, you can contact us and we will help locate your order. If a delay occurs, we will inform you of a new estimated delivery date. If a delay is of material importance to you, you always have the right to cancel the purchase. Please notify us as soon as possible if it is particularly important for you to receive the item by a certain date.
Order confirmation - As soon as you place your order on the website, you will see an order confirmation on screen with your order number and the total amount.
Delivery costs - Any delivery costs for your order are shown at checkout and in the order confirmation.
VAT - All prices include 25% VAT.
Uncollected shipment
If a shipment is not collected, your parcel is automatically returned to our warehouse after approximately 7-14 days. We charge a fee of SEK 199 for such a return.
Right of withdrawal / returns
Try the product at home and make your purchase decision afterward. At Vitadora, we apply a 30-day right of withdrawal. This means that you have the right to cancel your purchase without giving any reason within 30 days of receiving the delivery. If you wish to use your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within the time limit and we must then receive the return within 14 days. You have the right to open the packaging and inspect the product to the extent necessary to assess the product's function and characteristics and determine whether you are satisfied with it. The product must be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories such as instructions for use, remote control, supplied batteries, etc. If the item is returned in a substantially changed condition or if certain accessories are missing, we reserve the right to make a deduction for diminished value from the amount to be refunded. When cancelling a purchase, you as the customer are responsible for the return shipping cost. You can use the return form included in the parcel, in which case your shipping cost is SEK 100. We will then deduct this amount from your refund.
Returns
If you wish to use the open purchase period, you can return the product to us within 30 days from the date you received the shipment. You can use the return form included in the parcel, in which case your shipping cost is SEK 100. This makes the handling of your return safer. If you return it yourself, you are responsible for the shipping cost and for the goods until they reach our warehouse. Defective products must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, see complaints. Contact customer service by email at vitadora@myori.se if you have questions about a return you wish to make. Any deduction for loss of value will be charged if you have used the item more than what is considered necessary to establish the item's function and characteristics.

Complaints
Vitadora applies the right to complain under the Swedish Consumer Sales Act (see the Swedish Consumer Agency), which means that you have a three-year right to complain from the date you received the item. Faults in the product, incorrect delivery, or transport damage must be reported within a "reasonable time" from the time the fault was discovered. A complaint made within 2 months of discovering the fault is always considered to have been made within a reasonable time. If a complaint is not made within a reasonable time from when the fault was discovered, or should have been discovered, and no later than within three years and two months from the date you received the item, you lose the right to invoke remedies under the Consumer Sales Act against us.
In the event of a complaint, please contact our customer service at 08-587 610 00 or by email at vitadora@myori.se, and they will help you with the process. You will then be asked to provide photos by email of the defects / the defective item where the fault is clearly visible. You can use the prepaid return address label that was included in the parcel upon delivery to send the item back to us.
Once we have received the complained-about item, the defect will be examined. In the event of an approved complaint, we will replace the item with a new one or refund all your costs including payment and shipping fees.
Transport damage
If, upon receipt, you discover that the shipment has been damaged in transit, you must immediately report the damage to your pickup point or to the carrier that delivered the goods to you. Please also send a separate written message to our customer service.
Refund
The refund will be made without undue delay, no later than 14 days from the day we received your notification that you cancelled the purchase. However, we reserve the right to withhold the refund until we have received the item back from you or until you have provided proof that you have returned the item, whichever occurs first. Refunds are made using the same payment method as the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. If you would like the money paid out in another way, please contact our customer service at 08-587 610 00 or by email at vitadora@myori.se. When refunding, we will adjust for any return costs.
